Gosh, this got a lot of coverage on the BBC / Nu Labour alliance channel, didn’t it? Still, if I had a bunch of moaning lefty unions in my party, I wouldn’t want them spouting socialist drivel either ~ but then I wouldn’t take their money….

My favourite Police Chief, Steve ‘Publicity not policing’ Green has announced his retirement. All jolly good. I especially like the following statement;
 
‘He counts the conviction of gang boss Colin Gunn, and the dismantling of his criminal empire, as his finest hour.’
