Bird Bansurbation

What an important issue. I hope they now form a vast army of bird feeding inspectors, funded by the taxpayer, who can issue on the spot criminal convictions to monsters who feed birds evil white bread, the bastards.
On a serious note, this made me chuckle;
“If you are serious about feeding a bird you really have to put your hand in your pocket these days.”
I’ve just put my hand in my pocket and pulled out a pack of Marlboro lights, a lighter, and a few quid in spare change. Are these really better for the birds than bread? I think we should be told.
